Please read before booking

We Strictly enforce our rules. If you are in violation of any rules, you will be asked to leave without a refund and extra charges may be incurred. If you have any questions about the rules please call us ahead of time. We will do our best to work with you. Most of these rules are in place to protect our property, keep relationships with our neighbors, and keep the reservation costs as low as possible.

  1. Check in and check out times will be arranged in advance. Please contact us if you will be earlier or later than the agreed upon time.
  2. Rooms, lodge or property may not be used for any purpose not previously agreed upon. Please let us know the nature of any events to be held at the lodge. Parties that get out of hand will be asked to leave. Parties are allowed ONLY by arrangement. Unauthorized parties will be charged the fee for Great Room and Event Hall use.
  3. A $400 deposit will be due at time of booking. The remainder of the deposit will be due 60 days before time of stay.
  4. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive back 100% of the amount that was paid. If booking is cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If booking is not cancelled within 30 days of scheduled date, no amount will be refunded.
  5. All reservation changes must be confirmed in writing to Trophy Hollow Lodge, LLC by email to: TrophyHollowLodge@gmail.com
  6. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the lodge, do not leave cigarette butts in the yard, do not throw cigarette butts away inside the lodge, and if your room smells like cigarette smoke you will be charged $100.00 for extra cleaning. There is a designated smoking area on the front porch with proper disposal.
  7. Absolutely NO PETS/ANIMALS are allowed on the property. We love our pets too, but are trying to keep our facility allergen free.
  8. No ATVs, dirt bikes, or off road vehicles unless prior permission is given.
  9. No fireworks.
  10. Alcohol is permitted as long as it is kept in moderation and under control. No kegs. No underage consumption of alcohol.
  11. No fires are permitted anywhere on the property except inside designated fire pit or by special permission. (Gas fireplace and gas fire pit coming soon)
  12. There will be absolutely no hunting or shooting permitted on the property. Hunting is permitted only for those who have purchased a hunting package.
  13. Please be considerate about noise at night. Our sound proof drywall can only do so much.
  14. There is no daily housekeeping service. Please hang up towels to be reused during your stay. A set of towels and a bar of soap is provided in each guest room. Other toiletries are not provided.
  15. Trophy Hollow Lodge, LLC is routinely inspected for any unwanted pests. However, in our scenic rural setting, where we commune with nature we sometimes encounter bugs, spiders, mice or other woodland creatures trying to commune with us, no refunds are given in the event of these encounters.
  16. We do our best to provide you with access to “free” amenities such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kuerig or coffeepot, washer, dryer, TV’s and internet, but on rare occasions despite upkeep these will malfunction. Please notify us immediately of these types of inconveniences and we will do our best to service them as soon as humanly possible. No money can be refunded for these unknown inconveniences.
  17. In the event of acts of nature beyond our control such as time without electricity, water or TV and WiFi interruptions, Trophy Hollow Lodge, LLC cannot make refunds, but will seek to restore services as soon as possible. The lodge is equipped with a back-up generator to limit these inconveniences, but it is not a guarantee.
  18. The reserving guest is responsible for all actions of their companions taken on the property. Children are the responsibility of the parents and must be supervised at all times. You will be held accountable for your child’s safety and actions.
  19. Guests agree to hold Trophy Hollow Lodge, LLC harmless of personal injury, loss, or damage to guests or personal property for any reason during stay.
  20. Guests agree they have read, understood and are responsible for all above policies by placing an online or phone reservation.
